We review your listing, usually within 48 hours, and publish it.

For every paid booking you get an email with the details and the guest's contact. Payout follows after the guest arrives.
What to prepare
None of this has to be ready right away. Your listing stays a draft until you send it for review.

How much does it cost?
Listing and managing your apartment is free. A commission is charged on each paid booking, and you see your payout for every booking in the host dashboard.
When do I get paid?
Payout follows after the guest arrives. Your earnings and expected payouts are in the host dashboard.
I also rent through other sites. Is that OK?
Yes. Block dates that are taken elsewhere with one click in the calendar, so guests on Skaline can't book them.
Who can see my address?
The site only shows a circle around an approximate location. The exact address and check-in instructions are visible only to guests with a paid booking.
What if a guest cancels?
The cancellation rule you chose for the listing applies. Guests see it before paying, so there are no surprises.
Can I edit my listing after it's published?
Yes. Change prices, the description, photos and the calendar whenever you like; changes to a published listing apply immediately.
