How we rank listings
The order in search depends only on the parameters below; they are the same for every listing.
Recommended (default)
- Average guest rating (higher first)
- Number of reviews (more first, when the rating is the same)
- Nightly price for the requested dates or the lowest price (lower first)
Other sort orders you choose yourself
- Price: lowest or highest first
- Top rated: rating, then number of reviews
- Closest to the sea: distance from the sea
Filters
Place, dates, number of guests, sea view, parking, pool, pets and price only include or exclude listings; they do not change the order.
Reviews
Only guests who paid and completed their stay can leave a review. We do not remove negative reviews; the apartment page shows all of them.
No paid placement: no host pays for a better position in search or on the home page.
